If you order your bike from a local partner or choose click-and-collect, your bike will be fully assembled for you.
If you choose home delivery, you’ll usually need to attach the pedals, straighten the handlebars, and adjust the saddle height. These steps are clearly explained in the included manual and will take you no more than 15 minutes.

To adjust the saddle height on your Raleigh ONE, you’ll need an Allen key. Carefully loosen the bolt on the seat clamp, which is located behind the rubber cap on the side of the rear light. Then set the desired height: a good rule of thumb is to position the saddle roughly at hip height when standing next to the bike, or so that your toes just touch the ground when seated. Once you’ve found the right height, tighten the bolt securely to ensure the saddle stays firmly in place while riding. Be sure not to extend the seat post beyond the maximum marking on the tube, to avoid damaging your bike.
The battery of the Raleigh ONE is removable and neatly integrated into the frame. To install the battery, unlock the compartment and carefully slide the battery into the slot at the top of the downtube until it stops. Then, lock it in place and put the protective cover back on.
If you want to remove the battery, use the supplied key to unlock the compartment and gently pull the battery out of the frame.

With an SP Connect phone case, you can easily attach your phone to the SP Connect mount on the handlebar. Once you open the Raleigh app and connect it to your bike, you can use your phone as a display.
The Raleigh app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
