Return & Refunds

We hope you’ll fall in love with your Raleigh ONE! But if for any reason you want to return your bike, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it.

First, please contact our customer service team. Then, return the bike to the store you selected for click & collect or last-mile delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The bike should only be used as much as necessary to check its nature, features, and how it works — just like you would when inspecting it in a bike shop. If the bike’s value has decreased due to handling beyond this, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

While returning the bike, you will be covering the cost of the return. Besides, it is important to mention that the bike should be only used to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of it, as if you would handle and inspect it in a bike shop. If the value of the bike has been diminished resulting from the handling of it, we reserve the rights to reduce the amount refunded.
You don’t need to pack the bike, your dealer will take care of it.
Once your return’s been received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
