Warranty
The warranty covers the frame and all original components of the bike for the original owner. It does not cover damage or defects resulting from accidents; incorrect assembly or installation of the product by the user; incorrect or careless use; incorrect operation or transformation of the product; maintenance contrary to the maintenance instructions of the product or lack of maintenance of the product by the customer. The warranty does not apply to parts that naturally deteriorate in quality through normal use and must be replaced. Scratches and cosmetic damage (such as colour fading and paint chips) are not covered by the warranty.
Raleigh’s warranty terms are only applicable to the original purchaser of the bike and are non-transferable.
The Product is subject to the statutory warranty period at two years

Your warranty includes:
• 5-year cover on the bike frame against cracking due to a manufacturing defect
• 2-year cover on electrics, such as motors and batteries
• 12 months cover on non-wearable parts, such as the handlebar, saddle or stem
All bikes experience wear and tear, and there are some situations which are not covered by your warranty. These include but are not limited to:
