Bike Stolen and you have the Icon membership? Then you are covered with our insurance and here’s How to File a Claim Fast. Activate Stolen Mode in the Raleigh app to start GPS tracking and mark your bike as stolen. Submit your claim directly in the app with any required info within 24-hours(like a police report). The insurance partner reviews it and, if approved, in the event of theft or robbery, you will profit from your 'Icon' membership by receiving a brand-new bike. Just file the theft claim with us through the app, we will handle all the rest.

We offer three flexible plans to meet your needs:
Base: The entry-level plan offers essential features such as bike connectivity and automatic updates for free - ideal for users seeking basic security and functionality.
Core: In addition to the 'Core' features, this plan also includes Security Alerts. Perfect for users who want to keep their e-bike safe in cities or riskier areas.
Icon: The most comprehensive plan, with all the features of the Essential plan, plus Touch and Go, advanced security alerts and an integrated theft insurance. This is the best choice for users who want complete peace of mind and maximum protection for their e-bike.

You can upgrade to another plan at any time, depending on your needs. This flexibility ensures that you can always upgrade to the plan that suits your wishes for security. The membership comes with a minimum duration of 12 months, during which you can still chose to upgrade at any time. After the 12 months, a cancellation is possible before every monthly renewal.

If you cancel your membership during the first 12 months, the membership and all the advantages involved in your plan will stay active until the end of this minimum duration. If you cancel your membership after the minimum duration of 12 months, the functions and the insurance coverage remain in place until the end of the current billing period. After that, the theft insurance expires automatically. If you cancel a plan, you can switch to another plan or terminate the membership, and you will automatically switch to the free version.

Insurance coverage begins immediately with the start of your membership and will stay active after the prial period given successful payment of the first membership fee. As soon as you have chosen your membership, you are insured from this point onwards and do not have to consider any waiting periods.

Yes, even after taking out your membership, you can add insurance at any time if you wish. All you have to do is upgrade your plan to ""Icon"". You also benefit from the Touch and Go function, which allows you to unlock your e-bike with just one click via the app.

The theft insurance in the Icon membership provides full protection against the risk of theft. This insurance gives you peace of mind, given that in case of theft, all you need to do is file your claim with us and we will handle the replacement of your stolen bike. The insurance covers both - complete theft and theft of parts and also offers you support in the event of a total loss following an (attempted) theft.

The'icon' membership costs €14.99 per month and includes all available functions of our app.

If your bike is stolen, you can officially report your e-bike as stolen in the free (Base) version. With the 'core' membership, you have the option of activating ""Stolen Mode"". With the 'Icon' membership, the entire theft protection process is seamless, so you can report the incident directly via the app. You also receive a shareable live location link that you can pass on to the police to help them recover your bike. If the bike is not recovered, the theft insurance takes effect and covers your loss. We take care of the rest, and ensure that you receive a replacement bike as soon as possible.

Cancellation after the minimum term of 12 months is flexible and possible on a monthly basis. Simply login the app and go to ""Manage my membership"". If you have any questions about canceling or the membership options, our support team is always available to help

Keep your e-bike properly secured! - Always lock your Raleigh One (using the app) and keep it in a well-lit, visible location. Do not leave it unattended for more than 24 hours in poorly visible spots. In locations with limited tracking (like underground garages), use an additional lock and secure your bike to a fixed object.
Ensure the Raleigh ONE app is set up properly! - In order to ensure, you are always up to date on the status of your bike, and you receive the alarms in case of suspcious events, Make sure the app is installed and permissions are granted for location data. Enable push notifications and ensure software updates are installed. If these steps are missed, it could affect your coverage.
Always lock and arm your 'Raleigh One' when parking it. Unlock it only through the registered device or personal PIN.
Against all precautions - What should I do if I suspect my e-bike has been stolen? Immediately check the location of your bike if an alarm or movement is reported. Don't hesitate to activate the ""Stolen Mode"" and file a police report, both within 24 hours.

Our theft coverage applies to your 'Raleigh One' and all-important parts that are crucial to your bike's function - such as the battery, saddle and handlebars. Even accessories are covered, when stolen together with the bike - such as a bike basket (up to a total amount of €100). Your entire e-bike system is always well protected.

The insurance includes an excess. This means that you must pay an amount of €100 in the event of theft. The costs in the event of a repair or replacement remain affordable for you.
