Yes – your bike will arrive fully assembled and ready to ride.

Yes, you can select a preferred pickup location in our checkout.

For electric bikes: please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to be built, safety checked and dispatched. You will receive an email from DX when your bike leaves us, advising a delivery date.

For adult/kids bikes: please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched. You will receive an email from DX when your bike leaves us, advising a delivery date.
